I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I am honored to be a part of your daily living circumstances. I do realize the past year’s events have been challenging and I can see there has been growth there from. You each have various difficulties and I try to combine spiritual concepts to your daily living experiences. To study social issues is an excellent variety of spiritual lessons we can learn. If we lived life on one continuous note we would not know of the vast symphony in the Father’s Kingdom. It is our own responsibility to open our ears and hear what is being played.

I am understanding of how mortal life can be filled with obstacles and a great deal of the time we are looking for someone to hear and relate with them. When we are feeling that energy come from those who sympathize with us, then we are feeling connected. There are times, however, when that ease-seeking ego comes up behind us and wants to feel that energy from others on an ongoing basis. We can see out in society how some have laid down before their troubles and simply rely upon others to feel pity for them and give them their energy, time, money and compassion.

Mortals are ease-seeking creatures and that is not good or bad, it simply IS. We understandably seek good feelings and if the ego had its way, it would always look to steal the energy from those who have a source or are hard working individuals and seem to live life with ease. We can become stuck in a rut of complaining and fear in which we overlook our true source and that one personality who will give meaning and values to our experiences.

The farther away we are from God, the closer we are to the animal ego and the more tempted we are to rely upon the energy of others. We can say individuals stuck in this rut begin to shirk their responsibilities to feeding their own mind and soul. Their complaints are cries for guidance, really. These struggling mortals can see all of life as negative, therefore drawing the negative to themselves. There never seems to be any good. Their world is dark.

I do realize the events in the news and in your environment give you pause for concern and take up a great deal of space in your thinking. The more hours and days that go by without spiritual study or stillness or even discussion with Father, the more negative the world appears. I am not saying to wear rose-colored glasses, no. I appreciate each of your abilities to see the realness in daily living, but I can say without the Father the soul becomes lazy and eventually hungry.

With the soul’s emptiness there can be avenues sought that are temporarily gratifying but negative overall. There seems to be many gods that mortal’s serve, meaning that they can be slaves to what they believe to be most important. I find that we must exercise the soul daily for it to be triumphant over the animal ego. Of course, you have plenty to study and it is possible to make time for stillness and also I recommend service to put the mind more in the nature of the Spirit, rather than the whining/complaining mortal mind.

We need not seek other avenues to be fulfilled when we know the true source and center of all that we need. You would do well to pay attention to your tendencies to complain and draw energy from others and along with that, notice how others would draw your attention. You each have that beautiful light within and know how to shine and people can see this. You would do well to stay on a positive note in your social discussions. Most importantly, keep your dialogue with Father healthy and ongoing.

I will stop there. Thank you for having me and I pray for you each always. Mary will join us next time. Until then, my love goes with you, Shalom.
